Teachers who integrate personalized learning into their math lessons gain valuable insight into student strengths and areas for growth. Making the most of that data, however, is no small feat. In this full-day session, participants will learn to plan data-driven lessons using data from their own students.

*Khan Academy Basics is a prerequisite for this course. Participants should have 1 month of student data from Khan Academy Missions to fully participate in workshop activities.

In this full-day workshop, participants will explore advanced uses of Khan Academy, including using data to drive instruction (DDI). We will analyze your student data to plan targeted whole group, small group, and one-on-one interventions. All participants receive a copy of Personalized Learning with Khan Academy Workbook: Level 2, including reproducibles, lessons plans, and other resources.

Jeff is a lifelong educator who specializes in student-centered and authentic learning. Over a decade of classroom experience has taught him that students learn naturally when teachers create cultures of inquiry. He developed the 3-Bridges Design for Learning to support schools in exploring innovative practices within traditional school settings.

Jeff’s workshops and embedded coaching help teachers take an inquiry-based and personalized approach to instruction. He supports curriculum development and pedagogy in math, as well as EdTech integration and collaborative learning across subject areas.
